Why Frozen Dumplings? We make everything fresh to order. So although you still have to prepare them at home they have been made within 24-36 hours and have not been sitting in a warehouse waiting for a restaurant to purchase them and prepare them for you. We believe our way gives you fresh quality handmade delicious dumplings. We recommend that the dumplings can be kept in the freezer for no longer than 3 months after being put in your freezer. Grandma's Wonton Soup The wontons come frozen and the soup comes at room temperature. The broth can either be put in the fridge (will stay fresh for up to 5 days) or you can transfer to a freezer friendly container and freeze it. The wontons and soup broth should be eaten within 2.5 months after being frozen.
